These Terms of Service outline the expectations, policies, and practices that shape our working relationship. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
At Archaracter Design, collaboration is essential. Our services require your active participation and timely communication. We ask that you:
Provide requested information (e.g., photos, measurements, style preferences) within a reasonable timeframe.
Respond to communication within 5 business days unless otherwise arranged.
If we do not receive a response from you within 3 months of our initial request, and after multiple contact attempts, your project will be considered inactive and subject to cancellation without refund. We encourage you to check your spam or promotions folders and notify us of any changes to your contact information.
Your project and service purchase must be initiated and completed within 6 months of purchase. After this period, design availability and pricing may change.
We understand that delays can happen. If you anticipate a need to pause or extend your project timeline, please communicate with us proactively. We will always do our best to accommodate within reason—but we cannot guarantee rescheduling beyond the six-month mark.
We are committed to fostering a respectful, collaborative, and creative working relationship. Disrespectful or abusive conduct toward our team will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to decline or terminate service at any time if these standards are not met.
We approach every project with care and professionalism and ask the same in return. We deeply value our clients and believe mutual respect leads to the best results.
We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your information secure. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information outside of Archaracter Design unless legally required or expressly permitted by you. Any data collected is used solely to fulfill our design services and communicate effectively.
We may share images of your completed space on our website, social media channels, or marketing materials as part of our portfolio. These visuals help showcase the caliber of our work and the transformation we create.
Before & After Images: Your purchase includes permission for us to use before and after images for promotional purposes. We do not disclose personal or identifying details unless we have your explicit consent.
Opt-Out Option: If you prefer not to have your space shared, you must notify us in writing at the time of purchase or by contacting us directly. We will respect your request in full.
All original designs, concepts, images, and deliverables produced by Archaracter Design remain the intellectual property of our studio. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the designs for your space only.
Any redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of our design assets without permission is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service as our business evolves. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
